Brief
Allow customers the ability to edit the colour options for accessory tiles.
Result
We streamlined the page by redesigning the accessory tiles and introducing a color editing feature. Additionally, we incorporated product features and stock availability into the overlay for each color option. The improved accessory tiles received positive feedback from senior stakeholders and are now ready for implementation.

Tariff tiering - Plus plan proposition
Brief
We were asked to make the Unlimited Plus plans proposition clear for customers to select as an option. In addition, we were asked to include an upsell nudge component, to help customers understand the benefits of increasing their data.
Result
During the A/B test, we compared two designs and found that version A performed better. User testing indicated that when customers chose Unlimited data, they were also presented with the option to select Unlimited Plus. Customers understood that by choosing Unlimited Plus, they would gain access to additional offers. This project was pushed live in March 2023 as an interim solution and is continuing to successfully generate conversion.
Sponsorship page
Brief
O2's sponsorship deals are highly valuable brand assets. However, the Sponsorship area on the website lacked the desired level of inspiration for such a prominent asset. I was tasked with redesigning the Sponsorship page using the latest O2 brand elements.
Result
By analyzing data provided by the analytics team, I determined the page hierarchy based on click-through rates. To create a sense of excitement, I used the new billboard modules on the main hub page. For the secondary pages, I utilized the latest components and updated the outdated toolkit and modules to align with the brand.
The redesigned Sponsorship pages effectively communicate the relationships and agreements with the O2 brand, check out the sponsorship page.. These pages served as examples for future projects, showcasing the potential of Drupal-configured pages. This project provided me with the opportunity to experiment with light touch UX.
Campaigns - Christmas Sale, January Sale, Black Friday and O2's 10th birthday
Brief
Collaborate closely with our creative agency to ensure seamless integration of creative assets across all digital platforms. Utilise these campaign assets effectively to create a sense of excitement and build momentum across our site, ultimately leading to increased customer engagement.
Result
The campaigns had a significant impact on the online consumer market. Design assets were implemented on the Shop and Portal homepage. Each campaign performed well, with the January Sale campaign achieving the highest turnover in O2's pay monthly volume and value performance since 2019. As the lead designer, I created production-ready design assets featured on the Shop and Portal homepage.
Global Navigation
Brief
After being in place on the O2 website for 18 months, the previous global navigation system faced challenges in accommodating new product categories and services. Our task was to develop a navigation solution that would not only cater to the needs of existing customers by offering more services but also attract new customers to join O2. The goal was to ensure smooth and efficient navigation through our services for both new and existing customers.
Result
By undergoing this redesign, we have established a delightful and more streamlined experience for both new and existing customers. The primary objective of the new journey was to boost the conversion rate and solidify the O2 brand identity by showcasing the core concept of simplicity.
Key Achievements
As the lead designer, I successfully executed the UI design from start to finish, demonstrating my capability and readiness for such responsibility. The success of the global navigation redesign opened doors for me to take on future lead design roles.
